Woodward Library

Where the assets live :
Woodward Library, Woodward Rd, Becontree (currently under development)

How will the assets be used :
We will use the partitions and other fixings to refurbish areas of the library, making them into lovely and accessible spaces for the local community to attend.

How residents can access the assets:
We are still working on this and will update as soon as these arrangements are finalised.

The Boathouse

Where the assets live :
Boathouse Studios, The Malthouse, 62-76 Abbey Rd, Barking IG11 7BT

How will the assets be used :
The furniture and equipment will enable us to support a greater number, size and variety of community events and activities at the Boathouse. They will help us offer a more comfortable and inviting environment for local people. Even though many of our community services are free  or nearly-free, we strongly believe that these should be of the highest standard and use high quality equipment and materials.

Church at Barking Riverside

Where the assets live :
The Rivergate Centre, Minter Rd, Barking IG11 0FJ

How will the assets be used :
We will use the equipment to activate the Rivergate Centre creating informal café space, co-working space, a children’s play area and a community kitchen. We picture it as a not-for-profit community lounge where anyone can come to connect with people, support each other and find opportunities.

How residents can access the assets:
We are still working on this and will update as soon as these arrangements are finalised.
