Waste Works

Waste works is a project to rethink how we work as a community and rethink how to be plain old rubbish. Have you wondered what happens to the food waste that you throw away? This workshop aims to introduce you to the bokashi method of composting your food waste and look at a case study of successful implementation of the Bokashi method in your neighbourhood. Anish is a local resident who is an advocate of recycling at 116 Church Elm Lane and Martin’s Corner Shops.
