TEA & Toast
Drinking tea and eating toast every Wednesday…
Come into the shops and say hello! Every Wednesday you can come in for a cuppa and a chat; share your ideas, ask questions, meet your neighbours and find out what’s happening in the shop and your area each week.
There will also be a chance to learn something new or if you’d like to come in and share a skill for an hour make sure you stop by!
Hot beverages, refreshments and light snacks are freely available.
During each session you can also find out more about projects if you wish.

Come and share your favourite walks, wanders, places and spaces with your neighbours at one of Living Streets’ Community Mapping sessions.
Pop in and play a game, it’s a great way to socialise with your neighours. You never know who you’ll meet, what you’ll have in common or what you can learn - all whilst playing cards or a board game.
Head down to the Martin’s Corner shop to collect young sunflowers for you to take home and plant in the ground. We will be giving out seeds if you’d like to try your own at home and demonstrating the best way to do so.
“What’s the fridge doing outside your shop?” You may have been wondering and this is the time to find out exactly what a community fridge is and how it can benefit your neighbourhood.
Pop in for a chat with the Martin’s Corner team to find out how you can start a project this Summer.
Pop into the shop and make your own tomato seed kit to take home and plant in your garden. You can always make a few kits for your friends, family or neighbours.
