Why I wanted to join the team
I spent my summer months dreaming, imagining and planning events and projects that I would love to see in the borough and then as if God heard me, a new shop that doesn't sell anything but helps locals make projects happen opened up one morning 2 minutes from my house. I entered that same morning and honestly I have not left since. Thats how my journey with Every One Every Day began but what made me stay was the staff and their love for people and seeing the impact it has had not only in my life but the locals in such a short period of time. Words cant really sum up all my feelings but once the vacancies came up I had to apply. I'm beyond excited to see this project grow and touch many more lives and this is why I wanted to join Every One Every Day.
A little bit about my background
After graduating from University I decided to move back to lovely Barking and Dagenham. I started to see the area a new light and noticed the potential and beauty the borough has hidden away. I spent my mornings training and working out in the parks in the borough and fell in love with the many green spaces and really wanted to share this with locals to reclaim our borough and tell new narratives, through events film and community engagement.
I'm Amateur film maker so you might catch me with my camera once in a while.
