Do you love cooking and can’t wait for people to try your food?

Pantry is a food collective that was started by residents of Barking and Dagenham last year. The way it works is that residents work together over two months to make food products, and sell them at a market stall in London.

Residents will work on their recipes for long-life food products that can be stored or jarred - like biscuits, chutneys, jams, spices, sauces or pickles. Residents will also learn how to package their food product.

Any resident of Barking and Dagenham who enjoys cooking can join Pantry, no matter what level of experience.

Join one of the Open Info Sessions for more information - and bring your food idea or food sample. You will also meet previous participants of the Pantry programme, and meet others interested in joining a food collective.
