Precious Plastics are a global community of 80,000 people! People who are connecting and creating new ways to recycle locally and to come up with exciting ways to reuse the unavoidable waste plastic. There are people all over the planet making the machines that shred waste plastic, people collecting and sorting the waste plastic and people making beautiful things with waste plastic and creating a Precious Plastic Universe!
Everyone’s Warehouse will become a Precious Plastics Workshop in the heart of Barking and Dagenham. There will be a big plastic shredder and other manufacturing machines to make beautiful new things from ground up plastic!
Everyone is a recycler, so bring your waste plastic to an Every One Every Day shop or Everyone’s Warehouse and watch an empty milk bottle be turned into a keyring, or an empty bleach bottle turned into a pair of earrings!
Let’s join the lots of people doing plastic positive work together in different areas, to make a big difference right here in Barking & Dagenham.
SO WHAT’S THE DIFFERENT AT THE WAREHOUSE
The Warehouse is becoming a Precious Plastics Workshop… what does this mean? There will be a big plastic shredder and other manufacturing machines to make new things from ground up plastic! This will then be set up in The Warehouse, which going forward will be a place where all the collected plastic can been shredded, stored and shaped into beautiful things, together.

In each of the shop spaces we have Plastics stations where you can come and experiment with making and recycling plastics. Bring along a milk bottle and transform it into a keyring, a coaster or whatever your heart desires!

Come along and find out how to give your plastic waste a new lease on life! Learn the process of shredding up empty plastic, and then turning it into something new. Bring along your empty plastic to find out whether it can be transformed into something beautiful! Don’t forget to clean it first!
