Family Saturday is a full day of fun activities focussed on little people of all ages, with creative sessions taking place throughout the day. Based at the Warehouse, there’s plenty of space for play, games, craft and food.
Each activity during the day is hosted by a different resident, with craft activities like cape decoration and slime making being hosted as open sessions for anyone to join. The main event of the day is a cooking session for everyone big or small to join, ending up with a lunch for the whole group to share.
An important part of the day is active and messy play, with outdoor activities when the weather is good and lots of cardboard to make forts and spaceships indoors too.
It’s a fun day with pre-organised sessions taking place as well as enough room for more spontaneous creativity to happen.
